removes the factory-imposed power dealy, which impedes responsiveness

RAM-AIR INTAKE
This cut-away shows the factory air-filter housing does not provide
much room for air to flow around the stock filter. Banks Ram-Air housing
with its larger inlet and aluminum ballistic-shaped nose encourages
Banks' lifetime air filter to freely inhale. Banks Ram-Air intake components
combine for a 40% improvement in airflow.
SUPER-SCOOP
Compare Banks' mammoth, grille-mounted Super-Scoop to the puny stock
air inlet. The Super-Scoop forces a bigger charge of cool, pressurized

TORQUETUBE MANIFOLDS
Banks' streamlined, stainless steel TorqueTubes are the industry's only
parallel 5-tube exhaust manifolds for RV's. Unlike competitors who add
a separate tube length to a 4-tube formation, Banks integrates five
tuned-length tubes into a design that allows rotational firing of the
cylinders through the exhaust, minimizing backpressure and maximizing
torque. The thick, 5/8-inch flanges never warp or leak.
