review the following Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the
Site. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and
be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TnT Performance and Repair the right to change the Site, the content or the Terms and
Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the
posting of changes means you accept such changes.

All prices, product features and specifications listed on EnginePerformanceCenter.com are subject to change at anytime without prior notice
E-mail
Confirmation of Receipt of Order
Upon receipt of your request for order, TnT Performance and Repair will respond immediately
with return e-mail advice we have received your order.
Acceptance
of order
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the
acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. TnT Performance and Repair reserves the right, without prior notification, to
limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
Verification of information, including credit card information, may
be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Performance
TnT Performance and Repair carries an extensive inventory with the
goal of same day shipment. Orders received in-house before 2:00PM CST
will normally ship that same day. In the event the item you request
is backordered, we will advise you via e-mail of the expected ship date.
Orders received
UPS 2nd Day on Thursday will not arrive until Monday. UPS 2nd Day orders
received Friday will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders received on Saturday
and Sunday will be processed on Monday, or in the event of a holiday,
the next working business day
Orders with
multiple items and including a backordered item will be held and shipped
together once the order is 100% filled, unless instructed differently
by the customer. Items shipped separately that are backordered will
be shipped UPS Ground at no additional charge.
Warranty
All product warranty is subject to that offered by the product manufacturer.
Warranty claims may be submitted through TnT Performance and Repair
for consideration. In some cases, certain products offer an in the box
warranty registration card. In such cases, you may file for warranty
directly with that manufacturer per the instructions on that card. Some
of the products offered on this website will void vehicle manufacturer
warranty. Please consult the warranty policy of your vehicle owners
manual for further details.
Shipping
and Handling Charges
TnT Performance and Repair ships product to any address in the United
States. Shipping and Handling charges are available to view and calculated
at time of order. Shipping costs for orders from TnT Performance and Repair depend upon the method and options you chose as a customer at
time of order. All products are delivered via UPS unless otherwise notified
in advance.
In the event
an exception to the posted shipping costs or method shown on our website
occurs, the customer will be notified in advance for approval of the
increased shipping fee. Exceptions would include excessively large or
bulky packaged items requiring additional shipping charges imposed by
our freight carrier.
For orders
placed online for shipment outside of the United States, TnT Performance and Repair will notify the customer of Shipping and Handling fees prior
to shipment.
Risk of
Loss
All merchandise purchased from TnT Performance and Repair is made pursuant
to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title
for such merchandise pass to the customer upon TnT Performance and Repair delivery to the freight carrier.
TnT Performance and Repair shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
punitive, special or consequential damages that result from the use
of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance
of any products herein. Since some states do not allow limitations on
implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, the above limitations
may not apply to you. In no event shall TnT Performance and Repair
total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action
exceed the amount paid to you, if any, for accessing the site.
Returns
Product returns are limited to purchases made within 20 days of the
shipment date of the product. Any product returned for credit is subject
to a 15% restocking fee, however, in cases of specially ordered products,
an additional restocking fee may be required if imposed upon us by the
manufacturer.
Any product
returned for credit must be in the original packaging and never installed
or used in anyway. The product must be in its original condition and
include any accessories that are included with the part or system. All
products must be returned transportation prepaid to TnT Performance and Repair. We will not accept collect shipments without advance approval.
Product returns
must be accompanied by a TnT Performance and Repair Return Authorization
Number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package may
be refused. Return Authorization Number can be obtained by email by

Applicable
Law
Your use of the Site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of
the State of Louisiana, U.S.A., without regard to choice of laws provisions.
You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly
or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site shall be in the
state or federal courts located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Any
cause of action you may have with respect to the site must be commenced
within one year after the cause of action arises. This is the entire
agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall
not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
